When I went into its configuration in the control panel for the first time, it also asked me to install its TrueSuite starter package, which it biometrkc the download page automatically.

Based on this article: As we know, to make a device work properly, a proper driver is needed. I had the same issue in which Coproecssor didn’t see the “Biometric devices” icon in the control panel.
Just close Control Panel and reopen after installation F5 did not work. Wednesday, September 05, For authentec readers, I found the solution on the reader’s official web site. All the devices show up in the device manager, but no Biometric Devices in the control panel.
I had driver installed originally but there was no biometric menu.

I restarted my pc and press f2 and clicked on Bios Management but there isn’t any version of it there. Is there some way to forcibly call up the applet or register the reader with it?
